Workflow Check

Start with one workflow.

Pick one task that eats time or never quite gets finished. In one week we map how it runs today, tell you plainly whether it is worth automating, and give you a fixed price and delivery date to fix it.
Fixed fee
£750
plus VAT where applicable
  • One workflow, checked end to end
  • Five working days from the kick-off call
  • A plain verdict: build it, change it, or leave it
  • A fixed price and delivery date for the build
  • Nothing worth building? You pay nothing.
  • Go ahead, and the £750 counts toward the project.
What you get

Three answers, in writing.

1
The workflow, mapped
Every step, who does it, where the work waits and where it breaks. You see your own process on one page, often for the first time.
2
A plain verdict
Is it worth automating, and which parts? What stays with a person, and why. If the honest answer is "not yet", we say so.
3
A fixed quote
Scope, price, delivery date, and any software costs, before you commit. No day rates, no open-ended estimate.
How the week runs

One week. About two hours of your time.

Day 1
Kick-off call
45 minutes. You walk us through the task as it is done today. We agree what "fixed" would look like.
Days 2-3
We map and test
We map the workflow and check each step against what the work actually needs. Questions come to you in one batch, not a drip.
Day 4
Verdict and quote
The written map, the verdict and the fixed quote land in your inbox.
Day 5
Walkthrough
30 minutes to go through it together. Then you decide. No follow-up pressure either way.
Typical workflows we check

Does one of these sound like your week?

Grouped by where the work sits in your business. Each one is a problem we know how to take apart.

Finance and admin
Where money comes in, goes out and has to be accounted for.
"Receipts and invoices pile up until month end."
Documents collected, matched and booked as they arrive, ready for a person to approve.
"Reconciling the bank takes a whole day."
Transactions matched to their documents, with only the gaps put in front of you.
"We find funding deadlines after they have passed."
A regular scan of grant and funding calls, filtered to the ones you could actually win.
Sales and customers
Where enquiries arrive and turn into work, or quietly do not.
"Every enquiry gets typed into the CRM by hand."
Enquiries captured from your website, inbox and phone, and logged to the CRM without retyping.
"Calls go to voicemail and the lead goes cold."
An AI voice assistant answers, takes the details and passes on what needs a person.
"Lead lists get built by hand, one search at a time."
Target companies and contacts researched and checked into one list your team can work through.
Contracts and risk
Where something gets signed, promised or published.
"Contracts get signed before anyone reads the terms."
Each contract read before signature, with the risky clauses explained in plain English.
"Customer security questionnaires take a week each."
Answers drafted from your own policies and past responses, with the gaps clearly marked.
"Nobody checks website claims before they go live."
Copy checked against what you can actually evidence, before a customer or competitor does it for you.
Operations and management
Where the week gets organised, reported on and followed up.
"Meeting notes exist, but the actions never happen."
Calls summarised, actions pulled out and tracked, with a reminder when one slips.
"The weekly report takes half a day to put together."
Figures pulled from your own systems into one report, on the same day every week.
"The inbox decides what happens today."
Mail sorted into what needs you, what can wait and what someone else can answer, with drafts ready.

The terms, in two lines

You only pay for an answer you can use.

Nothing worth building? You pay nothing.
If the check shows the workflow is not worth automating, we tell you why and the £750 is not charged.
Go ahead, and the fee counts.
If you go ahead with the build, the £750 is deducted from the project price. The check is never paid for twice.
Questions

Before you ask.

What do you need from us?

One person who knows the workflow, for about two hours across the week: the kick-off call, one batch of questions and the walkthrough. Examples of the real work, with anything sensitive removed, help more than any description.

Do you need access to our systems?

Not for the check. You show us how the work is done today, by screen-share or examples. System access only comes up if you go ahead with the build, and it is agreed in writing first.

What if the workflow is bigger than one week?

Then we tell you on the kick-off call and agree which part to check first. You will not be surprised by a second invoice.

Who does the work?

The Parker AI Team: specialists for the workflow in question, coordinated by Parker and reviewed before anything reaches you.

What happens after the check?

You keep the map, the verdict and the quote, whatever you decide. Where the workflow fits it, the next step is our fixed workflow build: £2,500, ten working days, with your £750 already deducted, so you pay £1,750 more. Keeping it running after handover is a monthly service, agreed in writing before you book. Where a workflow needs more, the quote says so, and the price is fixed before you commit.

Start a Workflow Check

Tell us about the workflow.

Three sentences are enough. We reply within one working day.
  1. What is the task, and who does it today?
  2. Which group above does it sit in, if any?
  3. What goes wrong: time, errors, or work left unfinished?
